What to Expect
Nutritional therapy is a holistic individual centered approach factoring in your goals, current state of health and lifestyle. The first session focuses on collecting the necessary information need for developing a customized, sustainable plan tailored specifically for you! Change is a process, occurs over time and consists of many steps. Sheila will support and encourage you each step of the way, empowering you to achieve your optimal state of health.
Prior to your first appointment, please complete the provided forms. The food journal should be completed for a total of four days, two week days and two weekend days. This provides a starting point for working together, as well as gives Sheila an idea of your current eating habits and foods you like to eat.
