We love taco bowls! It’s a quick, satisfying meal that can be varied depending upon what ingredients you have available. Add taco seasoned ground meat to a bowl of veggies and finish with your favorite toppings.
I like to mix up a larger amount of the seasoning recipe (x4), so that I have some ready to for future meals.
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 ½ tsp cumin (less or omit if you want to cut down on the heat)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Mix all spices together in a bowl and use immediately or store in an airtight container.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of seasoning to 1 pound of meat.
