Easy Taco Seasoning Recipe

We love taco bowls! It’s a quick, satisfying meal that  can be varied depending upon what ingredients you have available. Add taco seasoned ground meat to a bowl of veggies and finish with your favorite toppings. 

I like to mix up a larger amount of the seasoning recipe (x4), so that I have some ready to for future meals.


  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin (less or omit if you want to cut down on the heat)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  1. Mix all spices together in a bowl and use immediately or store in an airtight container.
  2. Add 2 Tablespoons of seasoning to 1 pound of meat.
  3. Enjoy!
