Kale has been considered a ‘super food’ due to its many benefits. It’s high in vitamins K, C, and A, and it provides anti-inflammatory as well as antioxidant benefits. Kale is part of the cruciferous family of vegetables. Other vegetables in that family include – broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, daikon radish, turnips, and mustard greens, which can all support detoxification. These are super easy to make and full of nutritional benefits.
