Kale Chips

Kale is part of the cruciferous family of vegetables. Other vegetables in that family include – broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, daikon radish, turnips, and mustard greens, which can all support  detoxification. These are super easy to make and full of nutritional benefits.
